Important Note: Once your refund has been processed, course access will be removed and your cards will no longer verify. Status can be verified by scanning the QR code on your card.
Refund Request Form
Follow the steps below to request a refund. Once your request is approved and a refund is issued:
.Course(s) and certificate(s) will no longer accessible.
.Refunded certifications will no longer hold an active, verified status.
.Please allow five to ten (5-10) business days for the refund to be fully processed.
