At iCertify, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible training and certification courses. However, we understand that there may be situations that require you to request a refund for your purchased course. That’s why we have implemented a generous refund policy to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

If your employer or organization does not accept our provider card, we will issue a 100% refund for the purchased course(s). This means that you can purchase our courses with confidence, knowing that you are protected by our refund policy. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the course completion date.

To initiate a refund request, simply fill out our refund form, which can be found on our website. We ask that you provide us with your contact information and the reason for your refund request. Once we receive your request, we will process it as quickly as possible and issue the refund to the original payment method.

It’s important to note that you may cancel a course for a full refund at any time prior to completing the course exam by submitting a request. However, if the 30-day refund window has passed, we reserve the right to refuse your refund request.

We also want to remind our customers that it is their responsibility to determine their organization’s requirements for ACLS, PALS, or BLS certification/recertification before registering for a course on our website. This is to ensure that our customers are getting the training they need for their specific requirements.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet your training needs, we will issue a full refund for your purchase. However, we reserve the right to refuse refunds only in extreme cases at our staff’s sole discretion.

Upon issuing a refund, all course completion cards, provider cards, awarded certificates, online user profiles, and any other material issued to the customer prior to the refund will be voided and made inaccessible. This is to ensure that our customers are not using invalid or voided certificates.
