  • If your employer or organization does not accept our provider card, we will issue a 100% refund for the purchased course(s). Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the course completion date. To initiate a refund request, we ask users to fill out a simple refund form linked below and we will process your request as quickly as possible.
  • You may cancel a course for a full refund at any time prior to completing the course exam by submitting a request. However, if the 30-day refund window has passed, we reserve the right to refuse your refund request.
  • It is your responsibility to determine your organization’s requirement for ACLS, PALS, or BLS certification/recertification before registering for a course on our website.
  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet your training needs, we will issue a full refund for your purchase. However, we reserve the right to refuse refunds only in extreme cases at our staff’s sole discretion.
  • Upon issuing a refund, all course completion cards, provider cards, awarded certificates, online user profiles, and any other material issued to the customer prior to the refund will be voided and made inaccessible.
